Role Overview

We are looking for a concept-driven Creative Designer who can translate product briefs into high-performing ad creatives across formats. This role requires both ideation and execution capability — from writing compelling ad copies and video scripts to delivering final creative assets optimized for performance marketing channels.

The ideal candidate understands direct response psychology, hooks, storytelling structure, and platform-native creative formats.


Key Responsibilities

1. Performance Ad Creative Development

  • Create high-converting ad copies across image, native, and video formats.
  • Develop creatives for diverse products and service verticals.
  • Optimize messaging based on performance metrics and audience intent.

2. Concept & Video Script Development

  • Work from a given product name and vertical to build the full creative concept.
  • Develop compelling video scripts (15–120 seconds) for performance marketing.
  • Deliver final video copies ready for production or AI-assisted generation.
  • Structure scripts with strong hooks, clear value propositions, and CTA alignment.

3. Social Media Creative Strategy

  • Build and manage end-to-end social media creative strategy.
  • Plan content calendars aligned with growth objectives.
  • Adapt creatives for platform-specific formats (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Ensure brand consistency while maintaining performance orientation.

4. AI & Creative Tools Proficiency

  • Use AI-based creative generation tools to ideate, produce, and optimize creatives.
  • Stay updated on emerging AI tools for video, image, and copy generation.
  • Integrate automation workflows to improve creative production efficiency.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 2–5 years of experience in performance marketing creative or digital advertising.
  • Strong conceptual thinking and copywriting skills.
  • Experience creating video scripts for direct-response or paid media campaigns.
  • Proficiency in creative tools (Adobe Suite, Canva, Figma, or equivalent).
  • Hands-on experience with AI creative tools (generative AI for images, video, copy).
  • Understanding of CTR optimization, hook testing, A/B testing, and conversion-focused messaging.
  • Ability to manage multiple creative projects simultaneously.

Preferred

  • Experience working with global markets.
  • Familiarity with affiliate marketing or performance-based campaigns.
  • Basic understanding of editing tools for short-form video content.
